Over the last 20 years, I have worked for both global companies and payroll service providers with international clients.
I started my career coordinating the payroll of a multinational company with employees in seven countries, including France, Germany, the UK, and the Netherlands. Naturally, each of these country’s payroll system has unique nuances. Having been in our clients’ shoes, I know much about the complexities of coordinating multinational payroll, the language barriers involved and all the challenges that come with it.
